Pasta

Our unique handcrafted pasta is made from 100% Semolina flour. Semolina flour provides colour, texture and quality that is unsurpassed. The pasta is first extruded through brass die and then dried for a lengthy period which results in a superior quality.

The egg pasta is made using our own fresh free range eggs. Using whole eggs gives the pasta a more delicate texture that’s ideal for your favourite sauce.

The vegetable pasta have the subtle flavour of the vegetable as well as being vividly coloured. Not just a feast for the eyes but the palate as well.
