A sharper alternative to Parmesan cheese. Made from sheep's milk, it takes 8 to 12 months to mature, during which time it developes it's characteristic flavours, salty and sharpe with a hard texture. Pecorino is an excellent grating chesse over pasta dishes, breads and casseroles. Min weight 200gram
